Workflow Process
The HR Foam Box Foaming Machine operates through a systematic six-step manufacturing process:
- Preparation: PE film is positioned in the foaming box and the lid is secured. Operators select production recipes via the touchscreen interface.
- Metering and Mixing: Precision metering pumps deliver raw materials to the mixing head according to recipe specifications. High-speed agitation ensures uniform material blending.
- Pouring: Mixed liquid is evenly distributed across the film base via oscillating pouring spout. Automatic mixing head cleaning follows each cycle.
- Foaming and Curing: Chemical reactions initiate upon lid closure, rapidly expanding to fill the box with foam. Complete sponge block formation occurs within minutes.
- Demolding and Curing: The tilting base mechanism facilitates easy sponge block removal via PE film handling. Blocks are transferred to designated curing areas.
- Cutting: Cured sponge blocks undergo precision processing using horizontal and vertical shearing equipment.
