Working Principle
A flat, foamed and sliced sponge sheet is fed between a steel roller engraved with specific patterns and an elastic support roller. Under combined pressure and tension effects, the sponge is briefly compressed, shaping its surface into a three-dimensional pattern that perfectly matches the roller design.
Operational Workflow
- Preparation: Position large sponge roll or sheet on unwind stand, pass material through guide rollers and embossing area
- Parameter Setting: Configure pressure, speed, and operational parameters via touchscreen interface
- Startup: Initiate machine operation with automatic heating and rotation of embossing rollers
- Embossing Process: Sponge automatically feeds between embossing and pressure rollers for pattern creation
- Winding Completion: Embossed sponge is automatically wound into finished rolls
