Production Process Overview
Phase 1: Raw Material Preparation

Precision Mixing: Proprietary formulation blending with vulcanizing agents, accelerators, antioxidants, foaming agents, and gelling agents in sealed tanks.
Phase 2: Foaming & Molding
Foaming Process: High-speed mechanical foaming with compressed air injection creates stable latex foam with controlled density and firmness.
Mold Preparation: Aluminum/stainless steel molds are treated with release agents to ensure clean demolding of finished pillows.
