Utilizes 28kHz±0.5% precise frequency control to generate over 3 million cavitation bubbles per second with impact force up to 50MPa. Effectively removes stubborn dirt ≥5μm from metal surfaces.
Bottom arc-shaped flow guide groove creates circulating eddy currents in cleaning solution, eliminating blind spots found in traditional flat tanks.
Machine body and cleaning tank constructed from 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel (ASTM A240 compliant). Acid and alkali corrosion resistance is 40% higher than ordinary stainless steel.
Anti-vibration foot pads (Shore hardness 90A) combined with 4mm rubber isolation layer ensure operating noise ≤55dB and vibration amplitude within 0.3mm.
Supports continuous power adjustment from 50-1500W with 10W step precision for optimal cleaning performance across various applications.
