Working Principles
Solar Power Generation
Solar photovoltaic panels convert solar energy into electrical energy, which is stored in battery packs to power sewage treatment equipment operations including aeration, reflux, and stirring systems.
Wastewater Treatment Process
The system incorporates and enhances traditional mature sewage treatment processes including anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic biological treatment stages. Microorganisms effectively decompose and remove organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other pollutants from wastewater, with enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus treatment capabilities for improved efficiency and treatment depth.

Solar Power Supply Unit

Pretreatment Unit

Biological Treatment Units

  • Anaerobic Tank: Hydrolysis and acidification of organic matter by anaerobic microorganisms
  • Anoxic Tank: Pollutant degradation and denitrification using facultative anaerobic microorganisms
  • Aerobic Tank: Further organic matter decomposition and ammonia nitrogen conversion to nitrate nitrogen through aerobic microorganism metabolism
Sedimentation Unit
Utilizes vertical flow sedimentation tanks to separate solids and liquids from biologically treated wastewater, ensuring effluent suspended solids meet standards. Settled sludge is partially recycled to biological treatment units, with excess directed to sludge tanks.
Sludge Treatment Unit
Includes sludge tanks for storage and digestion of sedimentation-produced sludge. Sludge undergoes room temperature nitrification, with supernatant recycled to contact oxidation tanks for further treatment. Remaining sludge is regularly cleared and transported.
Disinfection Unit
Employs ultraviolet disinfection and chlorine dioxide methods to sterilize treated sewage, eliminating bacteria and viruses to ensure effluent quality compliance with discharge standards.
