OEM V/F Control Low Voltage VFD Inverter Variable Frequency Drive 220V
V/F controlled low-voltage frequency converter is a type of frequency converter that achieves motor speed regulation by adjusting the ratio of output voltage (V) to frequency (F).
Constant voltage frequency ratio control: The core of V/F control is to maintain a constant ratio of voltage to frequency, that is, V/F=constant. When the frequency decreases, the voltage also decreases proportionally to maintain a constant magnetic flux in the motor and avoid magnetic saturation or weak magnetic phenomena.
Applicable load: Suitable for situations such as fans, water pumps, conveyor belts, etc. that do not require high speed accuracy, and the load torque is proportional to the square of the speed.
- Simple structure, low cost: no need for speed sensors or complex control algorithms, hardware and software implementation is relatively easy.
- Limited speed range: Typically, the speed range is around 1:10, suitable for medium and low-speed applications.
- General dynamic performance: slow response to load changes and acceleration/deceleration processes, limited overload capacity.
- Open loop control: No feedback signal is required, and system stability is greatly affected by motor parameters and environment.
