ZFENG Low frequency high torque dynamic anti sway lifting equipment dedicated frequency converter
The dedicated frequency converter for lifting equipment is a power control device designed specifically for cranes, overhead cranes, and other equipment. Through frequency conversion speed regulation technology, it achieves motor soft start, precise speed regulation, overload protection, and energy-saving operation. Our product covers a power range of 7.5KW to 800KW, supports heavy-duty start, four quadrant operation, and energy feedback function, and is suitable for scenarios such as bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and tower cranes.
- Soft start and smooth speed regulation
By gradually increasing the motor voltage and frequency through a frequency converter, the impact current of traditional starting methods is eliminated, the equipment life is extended, and stepless speed regulation is achieved to meet the strict requirements of speed control for lifting equipment. - Overload startup and overload protection
In response to the frequent start stop and heavy load operations of lifting equipment, the dedicated frequency converter adopts a high starting torque design (such as 150% -200% rated torque) and is equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload protection functions to prevent motor burnout. - Four quadrant operation and energy feedback
Supports switching between electric (forward/reverse) and braking (power generation) states, and feeds back braking energy to the grid through an energy feedback unit, reducing energy consumption (energy-saving rate of 20% -60%), especially suitable for tower cranes, gantry cranes, and other equipment that frequently brake. - Vector control and closed-loop speed regulation
Adopting sensorless vector control (V/F control) or closed-loop current vector control technology to achieve high-precision speed control (± 0.01% accuracy) and torque control, improving the accuracy of lifting positioning.
Heavy load starting capability: Lifting equipment often needs to be started under full load or overload (such as 1.2-1.5 times the rated load), and a dedicated frequency converter can provide instantaneous output of 150% -200% of the rated torque to avoid motor stalling or burnout.
Low speed and high torque control: During the micro movement and precise positioning of the hook, the frequency converter uses vector control technology to achieve a wide frequency range of 0.1Hz-50Hz speed regulation, ensuring that the rated torque can still be output at low speeds (such as 0.5m/min) to prevent cargo from slipping.
Braking energy recovery: When the crane descends or decelerates, the motor is in a generating state, and a dedicated frequency converter feeds back the electrical energy to the grid through an energy feedback unit, reducing the heating of the braking resistor and achieving an energy-saving rate of 20% -60%.
Fast braking response: Supports a combination of DC braking, feedback braking, and energy consumption braking to ensure no slippage when heavy objects come to an emergency stop, improving safety.
Active anti sway algorithm: By detecting the swing angle of the hook and dynamically adjusting the speed of the lifting/operating mechanism, the swing amplitude is reduced by 70% -90%, suitable for scenarios such as port gantry cranes and tower cranes.
Multi motor synchronous control: Supports master-slave control mode to ensure the coordinated operation of multiple motors in the crane, trolley, and lifting mechanism, avoiding mechanical stress caused by speed differences.
No load/light load acceleration: When the hook rises without load, the frequency converter automatically increases the frequency to 55-60Hz, shortening non production time; Limit the frequency to below 50Hz during overload to prevent overload.
Torque compensation function: Provides static/dynamic torque compensation for torque loss caused by frictional loads such as steel wire ropes and pulley systems, ensuring speed stability.
Jogging/Inching Control: Supports JOG mode, achieving millimeter level micro movement, suitable for precision loading and unloading (such as nuclear power equipment installation).
Crawling speed setting: Automatically switches to a low speed of 0.1-1m/min when approaching the target position to improve positioning accuracy.
Light load acceleration function: When the load is below 30% of the rated value, the operating speed is automatically increased to improve work efficiency.
Industrial bus support: Compatible with protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, EtherCAT, etc., it can seamlessly integrate with PLCs, HMIs, and sensors to achieve remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.
Power matching: The rated power of the frequency converter should be ≥ 1.2 times the rated power of the motor (1.5 times for heavy-duty scenarios).
Open loop vector: suitable for general lifting scenarios, with low cost.
Closed loop vector: requires encoder feedback, suitable for high-precision positioning (such as automated warehouses).
