A: Normally, production is completed within approximately 20 working days. Delivery time may be adjusted depending on the order quantity, product specifications, and customization requirements.

A: We generally provide quotations based on EXW and FOB terms. Other Incoterms can also be arranged upon request.

A: A starter bay is the first independent unit and includes two upright frames. An add-on bay is connected to the starter bay and requires only one additional upright frame, making it a more economical solution for extending a racking system. For example, a 10-bay layout consists of 1 starter bay and 9 add-on bays.

8. Q: How are the products packed for shipment?
A: All products are packed in knock-down form to reduce shipping costs. Components are protected with bubble wrap or PE film and packed in strong export cartons. Wooden cases or other customized packaging options are also available upon request.
