Rapid switching between multiple specifications and categories:
With the precise control of the full servo system, the production of different sizes such as 30×30cm pet urine pads, 60×90cm adult care pads, and 150×80cm medical mattresses can be switched by changing a small number of molds, covering the needs of all categories including mother and baby, elderly care, medical care, and pets. The switching process only takes 30 to 40 minutes, which can quickly adapt to the differentiated demands of large-sized medical models in the European and American markets and economical household models in the Southeast Asian markets.
Flexible production capacity to meet order demands:
The production speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 100 to 350 meters per minute. In high-speed mode, the average daily production capacity can reach hundreds of thousands of pieces, which can meet the urgent delivery needs of overseas bulk orders. The low-speed mode supports small-batch trial production starting from 3,000 pieces, facilitating buyers to test product formulas and patterns for new markets, verify acceptance before expanding production capacity, and reduce the risk of inventory overstock.
