Flexible production adaptation, responding to global market differences
Multi-specification rapid switching:
With the modular control of the full servo system, production switching between different sizes such as S/M/L/XL can be achieved by replacing a small number of molds (for example, from size M suitable for 6-10kg infants to size L suitable for 10-14kg infants), and the switching process only takes 30-40 minutes. It simultaneously supports flexible production of "daily style", "night thickened style" and "swimming special style", which can quickly adapt to the preferences of the European and American markets for ultra-thin and breathable styles and the demands of the Southeast Asian market for high cost-performance basic styles, helping buyers adjust their product structure.
Flexible and adjustable production capacity:
The production speed can be freely adjusted within the range of 300 to 800 pieces per minute. In high-speed mode, the average daily production capacity can reach over 300,000 pieces, meeting the delivery requirements of large-scale orders. The low-speed mode supports small-batch trial production starting from 5,000 pieces, facilitating buyers to test product formulas and patterns for new markets such as Africa and Latin America. After verifying acceptance, they can expand production capacity and reduce the risk of inventory overstock.
