Grease Trap Operating Principle
Utilizes the difference in specific gravity between wastewater suspended matter and water to achieve separation. The horizontal flow structure allows oily wastewater to enter through the intake pipe, with waste water flowing into another compartment from the bottom outlet according to siphon principles. Oil pollution floats on the surface and is collected in the filter basket for manual cleaning, while treated wastewater overflows into the sewage network for further processing.
