Custom rotomolding PE floater HDPE floating body with strong load bearing capacity and excellent UV resistance. These floating bodies provide buoyancy for equipment operation on water or mud surfaces where land equipment cannot function.

Rotational moulds are packed in export wooden boxes. Plastic rotomolding products are protected with film and carton board packaging.

The rotational molding process utilizes heat to melt co-polymer resin in a closed mold cavity at approximately 257°F. The three-stage process includes mold loading/discharge, heat fusion in oven environment, and cooling cycle with bi-axial rotation for uniform wall thickness.
