Introduction
We provide two mainstream surface treatments: hot dipped galvanized (HDG) and pre-galvanized, enabling the Unistrut channel to possess excellent anti-corrosion and weather resistance performance. The hot-dip galvanizing process forms a thick and uniform zinc layer on the steel surface, which can effectively isolate air, rainwater, and corrosive substances, with a salt spray resistance test of more than 500 hours. It is not easy to rust, oxidize, or peel even in humid, rainy, coastal, and harsh industrial environments. The pre-galvanized treatment meets conventional indoor and dry outdoor use standards with stable surface gloss and long service life.
