Our HDG C strut channel is cold-rolled from prime Q235B carbon steel coil and then fully hot-dip galvanized after forming, so both the inner wall and the outer wall carry a continuous, tightly bonded zinc layer. The two imperial profiles - 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" (41 x 41 mm) and 1-5/8" x 13/16" (41 x 21 mm) - cover the two most widely specified strut sizes in North American and export projects, and both are produced in 12 gauge (2.6 mm) and 14 gauge (1.9 mm) wall thickness.

The slotted channel is punched with 14 x 28 mm and 14.3 x 28.6 mm long slots, matching 1/2" hardware and M12 spring nuts. Solid channel is also available for welded frames.
Application Scenarios
Seismic bracing: the 12 gauge 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" channel is used as trapeze and sway brace member for pipe and duct runs; paired with seismic brackets and spring nuts it forms a rigid, code-friendly support frame.
Electrical: the 1-5/8" x 13/16" profile keeps conduit and cable tray runs low in ceiling voids, and the zinc layer resists corrosion in damp plant rooms.
HVAC: heavy duct hangers, base rails and equipment frames are built from slotted 12 gauge channel with standard fittings, no drilling on site.
Solar PV: rails, purlin supports and grounding frames for rooftop and ground mount arrays, with coating thickness matched to coastal and high humidity sites.
Packing and Delivery
Bundles strapped with steel strip on steel or wooden pallet, ends protected with plastic film, or packed to customer marking requirements. Factory stock for standard sizes, 15-20 working days for production orders, and customization of length, slot pattern and zinc thickness is available.
