HANYUAN Protein Bar Cutting Machine is mainly used in the production of long square food, such as Nougat Cake, Cereal Bar, Nougat Caramel Treats, Nougat, especially for sticky food. This machine is consisted of feeding part, compressing part, cooling part, cutting part, its cutting effect is good. For the sticky food, especially designed with active AC-cooling function.

Adjustable speed (up to 120 Cuts Per Minute) accommodates different production rates.

Multiple cutting heads can be installed for Simultaneous Cuts, improving throughput.
Programmable cutting lengths (e.g.30mm, 50mm) for different bar sizes.

Touchscreen interface for Adjusting Cutting Speed, Length, And Vibration Intensity.
Automated fault detection for Minimal Downtime.
4. Cooling & Packaging Integration
Some systems include Cooling Tunnels to stabilize bars before cutting.
Direct linkage to Flow Wrappers Or Pouch Packaging Machines for a seamless production line.
