Helical Solid Fin Tubes ASTM A213 TP347H Stainless Steel Tubes With 5052 Aluminum Fins
- Chinese famous manufacturer of fin tubes
- Lots of project experience: heat exchanger / boiler projects, marine projects, oil & gas projects etc.
- Wide range of exports, have sold in more than 80 countries
- Abundant production equipment, skilled staff, etc.
Helical solid fin tubes, also known as high frequency welding fin tubes, are specialized tubes that are manufactured using a high frequency welding process. This technique involves using high-frequency electrical currents to heat the edges of the metal, allowing them to be fused together without the need for additional filler materials.
This specification covers seamless ferritic and austenitic steel boiler, superheater, and heat-exchanger tubes, designated Grades T5, TP304, etc. Grades containing the letter H in their designation have requirements different from those of similar grades not containing the letter H. These different requirements provide higher creep-rupture strength than normally achievable in similar grades without these different requirements.
Manufacture and Condition: Tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified. Grade TP347HFG shall be cold finished.
Heat treatment: cold worked: 2000°F [1100°C]; hot rolled: 1925°F [1050°C]

AL5052 is an aluminium-magnesium alloy, primarily alloyed with magnesium and chromium. 5052 is not a heat treatable aluminum alloy, but can be hardened through cold working.
The exceptional corrosion resistance of 5052 alloy against seawater and salt spray makes it a primary candidate for the failure-sensitive large marine structures, like tanks of liquefied natural gas tankers.
- The heat exchange area is large, reduce heat transfer and metal flow
- Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low contact thermal resistance, high stability, anti ash ability
- Reduce the installation space of the required heat transfer surface and at the same time, it has high reliability
- The stiffness and seismic performance of steel pipe are improved, etc.
Generally applicable to power stations or large high-temperature equipment in the oil industry:
- Boilers
- Steam Generators
- Heat Exchangers
- Furnaces
- Economizers
- Combustion Heater
- Big Air Cooler
- Heater of Drier, etc.
