Product Description

U bend tubes are designed for efficient heat exchange in process fluids within large radiators. The fluid flows through a U-Junction and returns along a parallel pipe to the inflow line. Our high frequency welding fin tubes utilize advanced welding technology that fuses metal edges using high-frequency electrical currents for superior bonding.

U bend fin tubes are created either by bending straight fin tubes or by welding 180° U bend elbows to straight finished finned tubes. Available materials include carbon steel, alloy, and stainless steel for both base tubes and fins.
