Spiral Wound L Fin Tubes manufacturing process

Wound fin tubes are a type of heat exchanger tube that features fins wrapped around the outer surface of the tube. The fins are typically made from materials like aluminum or copper and are wound in a helical or spiral pattern. This design increases the surface area of the tube, enhancing its ability to transfer heat between the fluid inside the tube and the surrounding environment.

The general materials of base tubes about the wound finned tube are carbon steel, copper, alloy, stainless steel; the general materials of fins about the wound finned tube are copper, aluminum 1060/1070, aluminum alloy 6063/6061. There are three categories of wound finned tubes: L-fin tubes, LL-fin tubes and KL-fin tubes.
