ASME SB167 N06601 Nickel Alloy Steel Heat Exchanger Tubes offer exceptional resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion in aggressive chemical environments. These tubes are widely used in critical industries including chemical processing, petrochemical refining, power generation, aerospace, and marine applications.

- Chromium (Cr): ~ 21-25%
- Iron (Fe): ~ Balance
- Molybdenum (Mo): ~ 1-2%

- Titanium (Ti): ~ 0.4-1%
- Others: Small amounts of Silicon (Si), Manganese (Mn), and Carbon (C)
The material exhibits excellent tensile strength (70-100 ksi / 480-690 MPa) and yield strength (30-60 ksi / 205-410 MPa) at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for systems subject to mechanical stresses.
