Product Description
ASTM A335 P11 Alloy Steel Heat Exchanger Tube is a seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe designed specifically for high-temperature applications in petrochemical and chemical processing industries. The P11 grade contains chromium and molybdenum, offering excellent strength and resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures.
Material Composition:
- Chromium (Cr): 0.5 - 1.00%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 0.44 - 0.65%
- Carbon (C): 0.05 - 0.15%
- Manganese (Mn): 0.30 - 0.60%
- Silicon (Si): 0.50 - 0.80%
- Phosphorus (P) & Sulfur (S): Tightly controlled to ensure quality
Mechanical Properties:
- Tensile Strength: ≥415 MPa (60 ksi)
- Yield Strength: ≥205 MPa (30 ksi)
- Elongation: ≥30% (in 8 inches) or ≥35% (in 2 inches)
- Hardness: HB 185-250
