Product Overview
ASTM A335 P5 is a specification for seamless ferritic alloy steel pipes designed for high-temperature service. The "P5" grade contains chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo), which enhance the steel's creep resistance, high-temperature strength, and oxidation resistance. These pipes are commonly used in boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and other high-temperature, high-pressure equipment.

- Chromium (Cr): 0.80 - 1.05%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 0.44 - 0.65%
- Carbon (C): 0.05 - 0.15%
- Manganese (Mn): 0.30 - 0.60%
- Silicon (Si): 0.50 - 0.80%
- Phosphorus (P) & Sulfur (S): Strictly controlled to ensure strength and ductility
