ASME SA423 GR1 Carbon Steel Boiler Tube For Boilers, Steam Generators
ASME SA423 Gr. 1 is a carbon steel alloy specifically formulated for high-pressure and temperature applications in steam boilers, heat exchangers, and other critical systems. The material primarily consists of carbon with trace elements like manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur.
This material conforms to the ASME SA423 specification for carbon steel tubes used in heat exchangers, superheaters, and other heat transfer equipment in power plants and industrial applications. SA423 Gr. 1 tubes exhibit excellent tensile strength, yield strength, and toughness at elevated temperatures, designed to withstand high-pressure conditions with good resistance to internal and external stresses.
