- Our vibration test systems are fully customizable. You can set the vibration frequency anywhere from a low 5Hz to a high 2000Hz, allowing for the accurate replication of vibrations experienced in different scenarios, such as the gentle vibrations during truck transportation or the intense vibrations in industrial machinery.
- The amplitude of vibration can also be precisely adjusted, with a maximum displacement of up to ±25mm (peak - to - peak). This flexibility ensures that your products, no matter how large or small, delicate or robust, are tested under the appropriate vibration stress.
- Multiple vibration modes are available, including sinusoidal, random, and shock vibrations. You can switch between these modes based on your product's testing requirements, providing a comprehensive evaluation of its vibration resistance.
- Temperature Control: The climatic chambers offer an extensive temperature range, from a frigid - 70°C to a sweltering + 180°C. This wide span allows for the simulation of diverse global climates, from the frozen Arctic regions to the scorching deserts. The temperature uniformity within the chamber is maintained at ±1.0°C, ensuring that all test samples are exposed to the same thermal conditions. The temperature deviation is kept to a minimum, at ±0.5°C, guaranteeing highly accurate temperature control for reliable test results.
- Humidity Control: Humidity levels can be adjusted from a dry 10%RH to a humid 98%RH. This is essential for testing products that are sensitive to moisture, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and certain types of packaging materials. The humidity control system ensures a uniformity of ±2.5%RH and a deviation of ±3%RH, providing consistent and accurate humidity conditions throughout the test.
