The Westglass Thermochromic Sunshade PVB Materials Laminated Film Series serves as a core interlayer material for dry-process laminated glass, composed of 80% high-purity polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin and 20% photothermal-responsive polymer nanomaterials. Formed via high-temperature/high-pressure processing at 120℃-140℃, this smart film uses a 25°C baseline to enable reversible dynamic switching between high-transparency (light transmittance ≥80%) and shaded (blue/gray, light transmittance ≤30%) states through thermally reversible phase changes in nanomaterials—no electricity required. It regulates light and heat while retaining the strong adhesion (≥5N/mm²), explosion resistance, and noise reduction properties of traditional PVB interlayers.
