PVC foam board is manufactured using polyvinyl chloride as the primary raw material, combined with foaming agents, flame retardants, and anti-aging additives, extruded through specialized equipment. Available in standard white and black colors, with custom colors available. The material can be easily worked with standard tools - sawed, planed, nailed, and glued - while offering exceptional stability with no deformation, no cracking, and requiring no painting.
