- Stock samples are free of charge. For custom samples, charges are based on your specific requirements. However, the sample fee can be refunded depending on your order amount.
- Samples will be shipped within 7 days.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and document confirmation.
- For urgent orders, we can adjust the schedule accordingly and will closely monitor the production process to meet your timeline.
