Yes, we have our own factory located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, which is close to the port. This gives us a significant advantage in both price and quality control.

2. How do you ensure product quality?

• We utilize advanced equipment that is maintained daily to ensure excellent printing and cutting quality.
• Additionally, we have a professional quality inspection team that ensures every shipment meets our high standards before delivery.

3. How do you ensure product accuracy?

• After the order is confirmed, we will send you a design draft for your approval.
• Once the design is approved, we will produce a sample for confirmation.
• Mass production will only proceed after the sample is finalized and approved by you.

4. How can I get samples? Are samples charged? How long does it take to ship samples?

1. Contact our account manager by sending an inquiry to request samples.
2. Stock samples are free of charge. For custom samples, charges are based on your specific requirements. However, the sample fee can be refunded depending on your order amount.
3. Samples will be shipped within 7 days.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 15 working days after payment and document confirmation.

• For urgent orders, we can adjust the schedule accordingly and will closely monitor the production process to meet your timeline.

6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces.
