The RS214A series flush diaphragm ceramic piezoresistive sensor core features a meticulously crafted alumina ceramic base combined with highly stable sensitive materials. Refined through advanced processes including screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming, this sensor core delivers exceptional performance and reliability.

The RS214A has dimensions of φ21×(4.10-4.77)mm. Its unique circuit design significantly enhances product reliability. The sensitive element internally integrates a temperature compensation circuit and undergoes laser trimming, ensuring minimal internal bridge temperature drift signal (≤0.02% FS/°C) within the conventional usage range (-20°C to 85°C), greatly reducing temperature compensation calibration requirements during pressure sensor production.
Ceramic material offers excellent thermal stability and creep resistance, with an operating temperature range up to -40°C to 150°C, demonstrating outstanding long-term stability. The corrosion resistance of ceramic provides significant advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection, gradually replacing common diffused silicon pressure sensors.
With its high cost-effectiveness, the temperature-compensated ceramic piezoresistive sensor core becomes the preferred choice for pressure sensing elements in IoT applications.
