Working Principle
The crusher operates using a high-speed, high-torque motor that drives hammers on the rotor. These hammers sequentially impact materials in the crushing chamber, tearing them into uniform fragments through the space formed between the lining plate and hammerhead.
Processing Technology
Two-Stage Process
- Crushing Stage: Materials are crushed into 50-100mm fragments using dual-axis shear or hammer crushers
- Sorting Stage: Multi-stage separation process including magnetic separation for iron removal, eddy current separation for aluminum, and density/airflow sorting for plastics and non-magnetic metals
Crushed Material Output
The output particle size after shredding scrap metal can be customized to meet specific processing requirements.
