RDF Production Process Integration
Sorting & Impurity Removal
Non-combustible impurities including metal and glass are removed through manual sorting and mechanical separation (magnetic separators). For textile waste, special attention is given to separating accessories such as buttons and zippers.
Primary Crushing Stage
The double-shaft shredder processes mixed materials to 100-300mm particle size, with processing capacity ranging from 20-50 tons per hour. The resulting RDF serves as a high-calorific, low-pollution alternative fuel widely used in cement kilns, power plants, and other industrial applications.
