RDF Production Process
1. Pretreatment Stage: Mixed waste is sorted and magnetically separated to remove debris and metal components, then fed into the shredder for primary crushing to 100-300mm.
2. Fine Crushing: Material undergoes secondary shredding to reduce size below 50mm using dual-axis or four-axis shredders.
3. Biological Drying: Aerobic fermentation for 3-7 days reduces moisture content from 30-50% to below 15%.
4. Sorting & Refining: Vibrating screens, air separators, and eddy current separators remove inorganic substances and residual metals.
5. Molding & Packaging: Material is compressed into cylindrical particles (15-30mm diameter) or cubes (20-50mm side length) for storage or transport.
