Processing Technology
- Initial crushing of refuse using coarse crusher, followed by separation of non-combustible materials through magnetic separation, butterfly screen, drum screen, spring screen, and air separator
- Combustible materials proceed to fine crusher for secondary crushing
- Crushed material enters dryer to reduce moisture content to approximately 10%
- Dried fuel undergoes high-pressure compression molding in the briquetting machine
