Material Processing Capabilities

4. Fine Crushing

Sorted combustible materials undergo secondary crushing to achieve uniform particle sizes of 50-100mm, meeting RDF fuel specifications.

5. Molding & Compression

RDF molding machines compress processed materials into high-density pellets or fuel rods for simplified transportation and storage.

6. Finished Product Application

Final RDF fuel products serve as direct coal replacements in cement kilns, power generation facilities, and industrial boilers, enabling efficient energy utilization.
