Production Process Flow
- Pretreatment & Transportation: Waste materials enter processing line via chain or belt conveyor for automatic loading
- Coarse Crushing: Dual-axis shredder reduces material volume for subsequent processing
- Sorting & Purification: Magnetic separation removes metal impurities; wind separation separates light combustibles from heavy materials
- Fine Crushing: Sorted materials are further processed into uniform 50-100mm particles
- Molding: RDF molding machine compresses materials into high-density fuel particles or rods
- Finished Product Application: Final RDF fuel used in cement kilns, power plants as coal replacement
