What is RDF Alternative Fuel?
Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) is produced by processing non-hazardous solid waste through crushing, sorting, drying, magnetic separation, and compression molding. This fuel is derived from waste textiles, leather scraps, waste plastics, and other combustible materials from domestic and industrial sources.

This system converts domestic waste into high-quality alternative fuel (SRF) through modular processing. The complete workflow includes primary crushing, screening, magnetic separation, air separation, and secondary crushing to produce granular fuel with 98% particle size under 30-80mm.
Industrial Solid Waste RDF/SRF System
Designed for high-calorific value industrial waste including cloth, plastic, and leather scraps. The dual-axis + single-axis dual-stage crushing system handles complex raw materials while achieving 95% standard particle size rate for both RDF molding materials and SRF bulk fuel production.
Construction Waste RDF/SRF System
Processes decoration waste through refined preparation including crushing, screening, magnetic separation, and air separation to remove sand, soil, and metal debris, producing high-calorific value alternative fuels.
