RDF Fuel Preparation Process
1. Pretreatment and Transportation: Waste textiles enter processing line via chain or belt conveyor for automatic loading
2. Coarse Crushing: Material undergoes coarse crushing using double-shaft shredder to reduce volume for subsequent processing
3. Sorting and Purification: Magnetic separation removes ferromagnetic metals; wind separation separates light combustibles from heavy impurities
4. Fine Crushing: Sorted combustibles are further processed into uniform 50-100mm particles meeting RDF fuel specifications
5. Molding (Optional): RDF molding machine compresses materials into high-density particles or fuel rods for transportation and storage
6. Finished Product Application: Final RDF fuel can be used in cement kilns and power plants as coal replacement for energy utilization
Compatible raw materials include domestic waste, decoration waste, industrial solid waste, discarded tires, waste textiles, stale waste, paper mill waste, biomass, waste wood, forest waste, agricultural waste, and bulky waste.
