RDF Production Process
Waste Textile to Fuel Conversion
- Garbage Pretreatment: Classification and screening of waste textiles, cloths, and leathers to remove impurities and non-organic components
- Crushing and Drying: Primary crushing via dual-shaft shear crusher, iron removal, and secondary fine crushing to optimize particle size
- Mixing and Molding: Combination with additives for improved moldability and stability, followed by pressing into RDF particles or fuel rods
- Quality Inspection: Comprehensive testing of calorific value, moisture content, ash content, and other critical parameters
