Working Principle
The separator operates on electromagnetic induction principles. When non-ferrous metals pass through the rapidly changing magnetic field created by the high-speed rotating drum (up to 3000 RPM), eddy currents are induced within the conductive metals. These currents generate opposing magnetic fields that repel the metals from the conveyor path, effectively separating them from non-metallic materials.
