Operating Principle

The eddy current separator generates a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the magnetic roller. When conductive non-ferrous metals pass through this magnetic field, eddy currents are induced, creating a repulsive force that propels metals forward along the conveyor direction. This advanced separation technology effectively distinguishes materials based on their conductivity-to-density ratio, with higher ratios achieving superior separation performance.
