Working Principle
Eddy Current Separation (ECS) utilizes the electrical conductivity differences between materials. The system employs high-rotation permanent magnets that generate alternating magnetic fields. When conductive metals pass through these fields, they induce eddy currents that create opposing magnetic fields, causing non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper to be repelled and separated from non-metallic materials such as glass and plastic.
