The copper wire recycling system operates through a multi-stage process: initial shredding to 3cm lengths, secondary crushing, high-precision airflow separation, and electrostatic sorting for maximum copper recovery. This dry processing method ensures no dust emissions and eliminates secondary pollution.
Ideal for processing automotive electrical wires, communication cables, telephone lines, power cables, and various miscellaneous cables with diameters from 1-200mm that cannot be handled by conventional wire stripping machines.
