Product Description
The grab bucket places mattresses and sofas onto the chain conveyor, which evenly and continuously transports them to the large garbage shredder for tearing, shearing, and crushing. The crushed small pieces are output by the discharge conveyor, compressed and packaged, then transported away by transfer vehicles for terminal disposal. An iron remover positioned above the discharge conveyor absorbs iron substances and sends them to the metal collection box for recycling. The entire production line includes a professional dust removal system that efficiently handles dust generated during crushing without causing secondary pollution.
