Products Description
The single-shaft tire shredder is a mechanical equipment specifically designed for processing waste tires. Its core function is to break the tires into smaller blocks or granules for further recycling and utilization in the future. Working Principle
1. Feeding: Tires (whole tires or cut tire blocks) enter the shredding chamber through the conveyor belt or hydraulic pushing system.
2. Shredding: The single-shaft rotor drives the blades to rotate at high speed, breaking the tires into small pieces through shearing, squeezing and tearing.
3. Sorting: The crushed materials are filtered through a screen, and the materials that do not meet the size requirements are returned for further crushing. Steel wires and fibers are separated through subsequent magnetic separation and sorting machines.
