Product Description
The Tire Steel Wire Shredder utilizes double-shaft or single-shaft rotation to drive cutters that shear, tear, and squeeze materials, breaking larger tire wire clumps into smaller particles. Our shredding technology achieves crushing through precise tearing and shearing between specially designed cutters.
Structural Components
Cutter System: Core component made of high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel or tungsten steel. Our DGT series features four-sided tungsten steel cutters with 4-5 times longer lifespan than standard cutters.
Transmission System: Includes motors, reducers, and couplings to provide optimal rotation speed and torque. Features imported reducers for stable, efficient operation with single-shaft dual-drive for maximum torque.
Frame & Shell: Constructed from high-strength steel plates for durability and stability. Provides protection against material splashing and operator hazards.
