Product Overview
The Double Shaft Shredder Municipal Solid Waste Plastic Crusher Machine uses a differential knife shaft system (speed 15-32rpm, torque 32 tons) to coarsely crush mixed solid waste. Specialized knives are employed for different material characteristics:
- Cr-Mo alloy knives for wood/plastics
- Hook-shaped knives for sponges/foams

The crushed particle size is controlled between 30-80mm. Processed materials are separated from metal impurities by a magnetic separator (magnetic field strength ≥1500 Gauss).

Processing System
