The Pyrolysis Wire Cleaning Machine/Steel Wire Vertical Crusher is a specialized crushing equipment with vertical spindle design. Through the cooperation of vertical rotating cutters and fixed lining plates, it effectively shears and impacts materials containing steel wires, separating them from other materials. Its compact cylindrical cavity design makes it ideal for crushing pretreatment of waste tires, rubber products, and metal composite materials.
Materials containing wire (such as tire blocks, wire hoses) fall into the cavity from the top feed hopper.
The main shaft drives the cutter to rotate at high speed, subjecting the material to shear force, centrifugal impact force, and impact force. The wire is torn and cut while non-metallic materials are crushed into debris.
Particles that meet the mesh aperture are discharged from the bottom, while unqualified materials continue to be crushed. Some equipment includes wind or magnetic separation devices for simultaneous separation of wire and non-metallic impurities.
This specialized recycling system processes tire waste after pyrolysis treatment through a complete process chain of "pyrolysis desorption-crushing separation-purification and recycling." It efficiently separates pyrolysis tire steel wire from carbon black and rubber residues, achieving high metal resource recovery rates.
