RDF Technology Process
The refuse-derived fuel (RDF) technology involves comprehensive waste processing: crushing and sorting to remove non-combustible materials like metals and glass, followed by processing the remaining combustible materials (plastics, fibers, rubber, wood, etc.) through crushing, drying, additive mixing, and high-pressure molding into solid fuel briquettes.
Processing Steps
1. Primary crushing using coarse crusher followed by separation of non-combustible materials via magnetic separation, screens, and air separators
2. Secondary crushing in fine crusher and drying to achieve 10% moisture content
3. High-pressure compression molding into dense briquettes
