Applications

Production Process Flow

3. Sorting & Purification: Magnetic separation removes metals; wind separation segregates combustibles from heavy impurities.
4. Fine Crushing: Materials are reduced to uniform 50-100mm particles for RDF specifications.
5. Molding: High-density compression into fuel rods for optimal storage and transport.
6. Final Application: RDF fuel directly replaces coal in cement kilns and power generation facilities.
