Working Principle
- Power Transmission: The motor provides power, which is transmitted to the shredder's main shaft via a transmission mechanism such as a pulley, coupling, or reducer, causing the main shaft to rotate steadily at a set speed and direction.
- Material Input: Cartons to be processed are fed into the shredder's shredding chamber through a feed system (such as a hopper or conveyor).
- Shredding Process: Within the shredding chamber, special cutting tools apply shearing, squeezing, and tearing forces to break down the material.
- Discharge: Shredded fragments are discharged through the discharge port, with size controlled by adjusting cutter spacing and shaft speed.
