Waste Tire Shredder and Crusher Machine
This waste tire crushing and recycling equipment processes tires from various vehicles including cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, and construction machinery. The system performs complete recycling including crushing, steel wire and fiber separation to produce pure rubber particles and powder.
The modular design allows for flexible configuration of production lines to meet varying capacity requirements and tire types. We provide customized high-yield, high-efficiency tire recycling solutions tailored to specific production needs.
Main Application and Process Flow
- Fully automatic wire drawing machine: Removes tire steel wheel
- Conveyor equipment: Includes belt, screw conveyor and air pressure transmission
- Shredder: Tears tires into 50mm-150mm pieces
- Steel wire separator: Processes rubber and steel wire into 10mm-20mm particles
- Magnetic separator: Sorts steel wire from rubber mixture
- Crusher: Reduces rubber particles to 1mm-7mm size
- Vibrating screen: Sorts particles and returns oversized material for recrushing
- Fiber separator: Removes foreign matter and fiber
- Secondary magnetic separator: Captures any remaining small wires
- Mill: Grinds particles to 30-100 mesh powder
